Exhibitors are free to leave as shows are completed. Please load trailer outside the fencing. No thru access with trailers while shows are in progress.

ENTRIES:

All entry fees must be prepaid.

Entries to all JAS Classic Beef Shows close on May 10th, 2023. No late entries will be accepted. April 15th, 2023 is the earlybird deadline for Junior and 4-H Div Shows to register to receive one JAS Classic hoodie.

Exhibitors receive one hoodie only, whether they enter the Junior Show, 4-H Show, or both.

Cattle that are entered in the 4-H Div Show must not cross-enter into any of the other shows. However, the exhibitor can use a 4-H Div. Show registered animal for the Junior Showmanship.

Cross-entries are permitted between the Junior and the Open Show (exhibitor age permitting).

OPEN CHAMPIONS - GRAND AND RESERVE will NOT be eligible for the Junior Show. Fee will not be refunded.

Liability forms (part of entry form) must be signed and submitted. Everyone enters at their own risk.

Entry fees WILL NOT be refunded due to cancellation by the exhibitor.

Yearling (breeding) heifers are shown by birthdate.

Finished steers are shown by weight.

CATTLE SAFETY & REQUIREMENTS

All cattle must have visible CCIA tags.

Cattle entered in the 4-H Div Show must be registered in the 4-H program, the exhibitor must also be a currently registered 4-H Canada member showing their own project.

All cattle on-site must be halterbroke.

Cattle must be cared for by the owners.
