Unwined ® About Us / Our Process At Unwined Candles, we strive to bring you candles of the highest quality possible. Our warehouse is not a mere candle factory. It is an artist’s workshop where each candle we produce is a unique, hand-crafted work of art, fashioned with precision and detail. This intricate process begins with collecting discarded bottles from restaurants, bars, local refuse companies and our many loyal customers, friends and family. We start by removing the label. Then, each bottle is cleaned and cut with the rim sanded to a beautifully smooth finish.
Selected wicks are then placed in each bottle before we hand pour premium soy wax that has been infused with a special blend of relaxing and unique fragrances.
The candles are then hand labeled with a die cut, vintage inspired label . The candle’s unique fragrance blend is handwritten on the label, and finally, each candle is finished off with it’s own dust cover. The uniqueness and beauty of our candles is discovered in the fine details.

PAYMENT TERMS
When filling out your order form and submitting your order, please provide fully completed credit card information. All major credit cards are accepted. Net 30 is accepted upon credit approval. A $50.00 service charge will be applied to all returned checks.
SHIPPING
FOB Randallstown, MD 21133 We ship all packages via FedEx, UPS or USPS within the 48 contiguous states, unless otherwise specified. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS, unless otherwise specified.
RETURN POLICY
No returns are accepted without prior authorization. Returned merchandise must be in it’s original package and in a sellable condition and can be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
DAMAGES All damage claims must be made within 7 days. Please notify Unwined® immediately with any shipping issues or damaged goods. Photo verification is required for all damaged product.
HANDMADE QUALITY STATEMENT
Each of our recycled and repurposed Signature & Brew League candles come in a variety of sizes and colors. This adds to the individuality of each and every one of our candles. All of our candles contain premium soy wax and all of our wicks are 100% cotton, and are lead-free. Burning instructions are on the back of our label and should be followed for optimal candle life and performance.
CANDLES & SUNLIGHT
Please keep candles out of direct sunlight, especially in the hot summer months. Our candles are all-natural and contain no additives (UV inhibitors). If left in direct sunlight for an extended period of time, the wax will begin to aquire a yellowish tint. While this will not effect the performance of our candles, it is recommended to keep away from direct sunlight to avoid such discoloration.
