It is usually the pageant organizer that puts in a lot of time, money and effort to organize a pageant and it is often, that this goes unacknowledged. Hence, I would first like to congratulate Victoria Hughes and her team for organizing another successful pageant. Please keep up the good work. I am pleased to announce that The Mrs. Universe 2014 World Finals, in conjunction with Visit Malaysia Year 2014, will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on the 29th of August 2014. I would take this opportunity to introduce the best of Malaysia, in terms of the places of interest, culture, people and food to all contestants.
The main objective of the pageant is to honor married women who have achieved success in their lives, from their family to career and also their contribution to society. Physical beauty only represents one part of a woman. What is more important is the women participating in this event are united in their belief for a greater cause, which is to ‘Stop Violence Against Women’. I’m happy to know that there are many amazing women competing in the Mrs. USA Universal this year. They are all very beautiful and already a winner in their own way. Unfortunately, there can only be one winner to represent the country in the World Finals. I would like to wish all the contestants of the Mrs. USA Universal good luck and may all of you enjoy the priceless experience of this pageant and also the newly forged friendship during this time. To each and everyone, I wish you all the best and may all your dreams come true.
