Ordering And Payment

Orders can be placed:

► On the wholesale website at twopoochpaperie.faire.com

► By emailing a list of skus and quantities to kellie@twopoochpaperie.com

Full payment is required at time of shipment and can be made via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or Pay Pal. Net 60 terms are available for orders through the wholesale website.

Turnaround And Shipping

Orders ship in 8 to 10 business days, unless a specific ship date is requested. You will be notified of any out of stock items prior to shipment. Orders ship from Lakewood, Oh via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment. If you prefer to use your shipping account please let me know. Two Pooch Paperie is not responsible for carrier delays or international shipping fees, duties or taxes.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND RETURNS

Cancellations and changes must be submitted within 24 hours of your order. Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your damaged/incorrect product to receive a return authorization. kellie@twopoochpaperie.com
