Manage & deliver marketing, sales & brand-building skills development programs worldwide for PMI, British Telecom, auto clients (Peugeot, GM). Programs are central to major change/business transformation initiatives designed to create more consumer-centric organizations. Change Management Support 

Manage/deliver PMI CoRe Masters / Accelerated / Territory Management / TM Train the Trainer programs (i.e., present sessions & PMI commercial tools, facilitate exercises, analyze/debrief) that: 1. Develop the strategic decision-making and consumer-centric brand-building skills of:  Senior managers (e.g., Managing Directors, Marketing Directors) focusing on: portfolio management, innovation strategies, corporate initiatives, forecasting growth and situational/competitive analysis.  Mid-level managers (e.g., Brand Managers, Marketing Managers) focusing on: portfolio management, brand framework development, consumer engagement, pricing, brand adoption and retailing strategies. 2. Embed a change in mindset for field sales managers, by equipping them with a new consumer-centric way of working, where resource allocation decisions are made based on developing a deeper understanding of consumer preferences and behaviours. 3. Prepare managers to deliver Core TM to support the Commercial Approach.

Provide cross-functional marketing/sales knowledge, commercial tools for consumer-centricity. Facilitate business simulations—in which participants can apply knowledge and test strategies. Analyze market changes, team/company strategies, KPIs, income and market share results from the business simulation within extremely tight deadlines. Synthesize relevant information for the most compelling business storylines and lead interactive debriefs for groups of 20-50 participants. Advise, motivate and inspire participants to think and act consumer-centrically, to increase client marketing capacity and drive better business results.

 

Marketing/Branding and Project Management    

Leading on-site and remote simulation support for PMI CoRe BBA program. Served on internal group that redefined StratX’s company vision, positioning, brand promise. Redesigning curriculum for a global automotive client’s strategic marketing program. Support business development by building a strong network across client organizations.
