Parade of homes™ Builder Reminders Parade Builders Breakfast & Photoshoot Wednesday, April 28, 2021 8:30 a.m. at Hollytree Country Club
president’s Message TABA Members,
Wow, as you will see as you flip through this issue, we have a lot going on at TABA in April. We currently have great participation for the Spring Golf Tournament. And I’m sure many of you will be excited to know that After Hours is back on Tuesday, April 6th at the TABA office! We have updated the hours to 4 to 6pm in an effort to accommodate members who need to come early and those who can’t make it until a little later. Don’t forget that After Hours is come and go, so stop in when you can, even if it’s for a few minutes. We are also hosting a “Stock the Shelves” drive for the Salvation Army during the week of April 5th. You can bring pantry items to After Hours, or drop them by the TABA office any time during business hours during that week. Also, our Spring General Membership Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 2oth at the Crosswalk Center at Green Acres Baptist Church. Our guest speaker will be Scott Martinez, the new Tyler Economic Development Council President & CEO. Please be sure to RSVP to TABA staff for this event. Ideally, no changes will be made since this is intended as a final proofing, so please make sure you are communicating with TABA staff prior to this date regarding any changes to your rendering, ammenities list, subcontractor list, etc. As always, please refer to the 2021 Parade of Homes™ contract and staff emails for full guidelines and deadlines. Contracts can be downloaded from the Parade of Homes™ page at TylerAreaBuilders.com, or you can pick up a copy at the TABA office.
