President’s Message TABA members, I hope you’re all making it through this strange year and I’m looking forward to seeing you at a few upcoming events. We are having After Hours this month! We will be on location at Hagen’s Lighting on Tuesday September 1st from 5-7 with a food truck, networking, and Corona (beer!). We’re also having a Membership Drive on Wednesday, September 16th. A strong membership is vital for our Association. In times like this, when many networking opportunities have been canceled, keep in mind the most important benefit to being part of your local, state and national association is advocacy. This spring, our state association was working behind the scenes to ensure our industry was deemed essential, and worked to disseminate timely information to our members. We also have a Golf Tournament on September 21st at The Cascades. If you’re not a golfer, we could use door prizes and items for the players bags. Contact TABA staff for more information.
