Deconstructing the landscape, and forming it to define space brings about the most unique sense of place. From the hand tooled Doric columns of the Parthenon to the machine cut masonry at Termas de Vals, the material possessed by the site orders the earth and sky mediating the elements to enhance the human experience.

The connection to the earth and the grounding of space has always been the focal point of architectural experience for me. Conditioning space by means of geometry, tectonically defined by material, is where my passion lies within the broad realm of architecture.
