Engine - Install

Attach the three hooks adjustable lifting chain the three eye bolts the Raise the engine from the platform and position front the front axle Join the two units using the four securing

Reposition the moveable stand from under the front axle dif ferential housing under the engine inserting a suitably shaped block wood between the stand and the sump

Attach the top radiator hose the thermostat housing and secure with adjustable hose

Refit the fuel

Connect the rigid pipe from the air cleaner the inlet manifold and secure with the

Refit the clutch using tool 295022 Fix the clutch the engine flywheel using the six retaining

Clean the distance collar and the mating surfaces the overdrive clutch housing; scrape away all traces old sealing

Apply L OCTITE ® sealing compound the mating faces engine and distance collar . Fit the distance ring the engine

Apply L OCTITE ® sealing compound the mating faces the overdrive clutch

Remove the fixed stand from under the front weight Remove the wooden wedges from under the front

1 Attach the three hooks adjustable lifting chain the three eye bolts the engine.

12. Place wooden wedges under the rear wheels, check that the handbrake fully and that the fixed and moveable stands are firmly

Assemble the transmission unit with Refit the fuel filter mounting the

Connect the oil suction pipes the pumps; secure the rubber hoses with hose

Fit the tachometer cable and secure the sleeve with the retaining

17. Fit the silencer onto the exhaust manifold, ing replace the gas

Unscrew the pump support bolts (1) and the silencer support Remove the two ANIL15TR00044AB 7

1 Fit eyebolt (1) the front the engine place the silencer

Raise the engine from the wooden platform and move the rotary stand 290090 (2) . Secure the stand means the bracket (3) the set 293860

13. Undo the alternator support retaining bolts (1) and move the complete alternator assembly
