NOTE: The principles operation for the standard flow pump apply both the optional high flow pump and Megaflow pump The illustrations below depict the standard flow

Principle Control

All remote the hitch control the optional trailer brake and optional power beyond circuit contain a signal Each signal port directs a signal equal the working pressure that through signal lines and check valves the pump compensator The compensator angles the pump swash plate meet system

A check valve located each signal line between the control valves and the compensator several control valves are operated the same the signal line the highest pressure causes the other check valve(s) the lower pressures seat themselves. This prevents signal bleed f through other control valves and ensures that the highest signal pressure acts the compensator

The pump designed operate two dif ferent modes according the demand for flow and pressure. The modes ares:

• Low pressure standby: When there demand for flow the pump provides just enough flow make for internal leakage the hydraulic system low this mode the pump requires very little power drive

• Pressure / flow delivery and compensation: When there a demand for flow and pressure from the hydraulic the pump responds provide only the flow This limits the power consumption the
