How to Close Contacts under Group Manager Visit ubcmiami.org/smallgroups. Click on Manage your Group. Login using your personal login information. Hover over the Contacts Tab on the left hand side of the page. You should see Email Group and View Contacts. Click on View Contacts. If you have any pending contacts, you will see names of individuals who have requested information about your group. Click on the individual’s name. Choose a method of contacting this individual. (A personal phone call and e‐ mail are recommended.) Provide exact information about your group (time and location). Make notes of the conversation in the place provided. Be sure to click save. If you have confirmed that he/she is interested in joining your group, click on his/her name again. This will redirect you to the entire household information. Find the name of the individual and click on the word “add” to officially add them to your roster. (You can also add a spouse if needed). Once this individual has been added, the word “add” will change and appear as “yes.” Go back to view your contacts under the “contacts tab.” Click on “view contacts.” Add a note. (Example: Added to Lyle’s small group.) Be sure to check off “close contact,” then click save.
