HELP FOR HAITI donation list: Please bring ONLY the following items to UBC’s main parking lot between the hours of 8:30am - 9:00pm FOOD All food items must be: • at least 4 months before expiration date • individual portions • pop-top cans (can openers may not be available) • ready to eat items • non-perishable canned meats, canned fish (sardines, salmon, tuna), tuna in a pouch, bottled water (no gallon jugs), water filtration or sterilization tablets, canned juice, powdered milk, Ensure, canned milk, soups, fruit cocktail, pop tarts, granola bars, energy bars HYGIENE ITEMS Tooth paste, tooth brushes, soap, deodorant, travel size shampoo, feminine products, Q-tips FIRST AID ITEMS aspirin, diarrhea medicine, antibiotic cream, Tylenol, Advil, gauze, Tums, vitamins, band-aids MISC. ITEMS blankets, flashlights w/batteries BABY ITEMS dry formula, diapers, vitamins, chewable medicine We will not be able to accept any items that are not on the above list, because we will be unable to ship them. Please do not bring: rice, beans, (there is no electricity so they cannot cook), baby food jars, breakable containers, sheets, towels, clothes, toys, shoes. for more info & to give online:
