what is PLASMA 3D?
PLASMA 3D IS A DECORATIVE MOULDABLE COVERING WHICH ARE ITS CHARACTERISTICS ? It is a plastic mouldable covering for indoors,formulated with special binders and additives in order to get a high resistant product. PLASMA 3D may take different kinds of effect and shapes thanks to the use of various tools or application techniques.It is possible to obtain effects like fake wood, crocodile skin, viper skin, marble, granite, travertine and others in addition to the beautiful multitone shine effect. WHICH IS ITS IDEAL USE? Plasma 3D è is perfect for the indoor decoration of modern,antique andclassic buildings, shops, luxury hotels and wherever is desired to give originality and decorative elegance for walls and floors.

After having passed 1 coat of CRACLE’, take off the ribbon while the product is still wet and put them again when dried. [A] After 3-4 hours is possible to overpaint the surface so prepared applying the finish chosen (in this case Plasma 3D).

[D] Apply CRACLE’ at the bottom part of the wall according to that already seen in the previous step, apply then Plasma 3D through the american inox spatula.

4. Application of Plasma 3D – Multi tonal effect [A]
[A] After the application of the paper ribbon according to the established sketch (in this case our project contemplate a Greek key), apply Plasma 3D through an american inox spatula planing the product uniformly. To obtain the right thickness which grants the multi tonal effect, it is necessasry to repeat this step almost three times. [B]

1. [A] Abrasion. In order to have perfect adhesion of Plasma 3D to tiles (matt, semi-gloss, glossy) the surface should be sand by sanding STUCCO machine and sandpaper grain 100120. [B] Stucco. After that apply 1-2 coat of STUCCO P3D High thickness putty in powder into the tile’s joints in order to guarantee adhesion on both surfaces, rough and smooth and if necessary uniform it. [C] Sanding. Once dried proceed with sanding by Flex in fine grain of P40/60.

MarbleEffect:
Diluition 5% max. with water (ready tu use in the cold season). Spread one uniform coat of PLASMA 3D with a brush and work it afterwards with the suitable decorative tool realizing the thread in a vertical or horizontal direction.Level it afterwards with an inox float.When the drying process is almost complete plane the product using the same inox float to obtain the marble 3d effect and than polish it with flex with cloth. To give a greater washing resistence and better protect PLASMA 3D, apply, after 12 hours 1 or 2 coats of VETRIFICANTE1.
GraniteEffect:
Diluition 10-15% with water (5%-10% in the cold season). Spread one uniform coat of PLASMA 3D with a brush and smooth the product with an inox steel float up to obtain the tickness desired. Work it afterwards with the suitable roller realizing the threas in a vertical or horizontal direction. When the drying process is almost complete, plane the product with the inox float and then polish it with felx with cloth.. To give a greater washing resistence and better protect PLASMA 3D, apply, after 12 hours 1 or 2 coats of VETRIFICANTE1. 1. Apply VETRIFICANTE 1K H2O for walls decorations with PLASMA 3D and, at choise, VETRIFICANTE POLIURETANICO H2O or VETRIFICANTE EPOSSIDICO BICLEAR 2K H2O for flooring decoartions with PLASMA 3D. Attention: Avoid the direct application of the VETRIFICANTE EPOSSIDICO BICLEAR 2K H2O on white PLASMA 3D so not to cause yellowing problems. In this case apply first a coat of VETRIFICANTE POLIURETANICO H2O and as last use the EPOSSIDICO.

What is craclé?
CRACLÉ IS AN INTERMEDIATE CLEAR WITH A CRACKING ACTION. WHICH ARE ITS CHARACTERISTICS? Craclé is an intermediate product that , once apllied on white or colored washable prime, produces naturals breaks on the finish product desired, like cobweb effect. The color of the primer characterizes that of the crack. WHICH ARE ITS FIELDS OF APPLICATION? Craclé is suitable for the decoration of walls, plaster or polystryene stuccolina, culomns and indoor decorations of antique and classical buildings
