We’re grateful for your interest in volunteering with us for our 20th Anniversary Edition Festival in 2023!

Year after year, we always rely on volunteers to make our festival happen. Every volunteer serves as the face of UWRF to thousands of festival goers, speakers, and journalists who have come here. They also welcome each of them and help them have a great weekend.

So, whatever your volunteering role may be, we hope that you enjoy your part and know that you have now become a crucial member of our team.

We seek to work together with you in a helpful and respectful manner to create a positive experience for you, for fellow volunteers, staff members, speakers, and guests alike. This Volunteer Handbook contains all the key information you need to know to stay safe and keep those around you safe whilst you are at the festival. It also contains useful tips on how to make the most of your volunteering experience with us.
