10 weeks PSEAD I am a 10 weeks pre-sessional English for Art & Design course student. For this 10 weeks presessional language course, I have learned a lot of things. Before I just graduated from the high school and I did not know how to write an essay, how to do the presentation, etc. And when I came here, everything was new. My IELTS was really low, and I really needed to improve it. So I think the Pre-sessional Course has been really helpful to me. It is not only English training, but also help us to prepare for the main course. And helps us to learn about the British life.
This 10 weeks Per-sessional course, I am more interesting about trips. We went on trips four times during 10 weeks. We went to Oxford, Brighton and twice to London. That time I was with our "group", we went to the shop, BRIGHTON PIER. And that night we stayed in Brighton. I can remember that night, untill 2:00, the bars still have lots of people. If you compare with Farnham, Brighton nightlife is really nice.
Why I chose International Foundation Course? Firstly, my English is not good, so I wanted to improve it. Secondly, I have a chance to study abroad for this year, why wouldn't I go? And I still need to apply for the BA Course. Before, my friend studied International Foundation Course in Farnham in UCA. She told me something about Foundation Course. It is like we will study some basic drawing, will have trips... In this year, the tutor will help us to choose major and then I will apply the BA course , again.

10 PSEAD The course had a very good effect on me during 10 weeks. Also, I improved my English skills, especiall, writing and speaking. Because I practised writing and speaking reading and listening every day. The most important thing that I learnt was to challenge myself in everyday situations, collaborating with other students while working on various projects. I think projects are very good for us to develop not only academic skills but also in the ordinary situations.
My main course is IFAD After my foundation course I will major in Fashion or Fine Art. During my IFAD course I will practise my drawing skills everyday and create a BA Portfolio. It is necessary I attend this foundation course before I apply for my main course in winter, because it will help me develop some basic art skills and gain useful insights into the world of art. Additionally, I will also enhance my academic skills.
My goal is to work hard in the Foundation Course this year in order to be fully prepared for my future studies. I know that I can make it!

This publication is about 5 week Pre-sessional course and International Foundation course. I have learnt several things in the Pre-sessional course, and also I will use my experiences and connect with my future.

However, I got used to this environment gradually and I could address my weak points, so I realized what I had to do to improve my English skills, especially speaking and listening skills. CAFA High School When I did the Highschool CAFA(Central Academy of Fine Arts), I was learning Illustration for 2 years and Fine Art for 1 year.
