LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY: Sport Tours International, Inc. makes arrangements for hotels/lodges/inns/restuarants, for transport and conveyence by whatever means, as agents on the expressed condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts of defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith, or any hotel/lodge/inn/restaurant propriety or servant. STI, Inc. accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in motor, air or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, criminal activity, civil disturbances, war, acts of God, quarantine, acts of terrorism or other causes out of its control. All such losses will be borne by passenger. Such conveyance is subject to the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the cause of action arises. STI, Inc. reserves the right to employ subcontractors to carry out all or part of the services provided; and in the event of such right, the terms or clauses above relating to STI, Inc., liability shall apply. The right is reserved to make alterations to the published itinerary, substitute hotels of comparable quality, or cancel the whole or any part of the program should conditions necessitate.
