“As a freshman in my first ‘Foundations’ class, I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect, but soon found myself learning in ways I had never imagined that expanded my creativity and craft exponentially. Moving into upper-level courses, I have been continually guided to build upon my technical and conceptual skills to create work that I’m confident in as I’m getting ready to graduate. My professors have also helped me find opportunities outside of class to help gain experience professionally.”
