Note from our Executive Director: Dear Colleagues – This program has been designed specifically for UCF alumni and business partners, and spouses or partners are welcome to attend. This is an ‘educational tourism’ trip, which incorporates elements of international culture with business experiences. This event is designed to equip participants with first-hand knowledge about how business is conducted in the specified countries of interest, as well as expose participants to the cultural elements that affect daily life for in the communities we visit. Ideal participants in this event include those who wish to do business in the host country, those interested in adding an educational flair to their vacation plans, or to alumni who are interested in receiving (or repeating) an international education experience! We gathered a significant amount of information from our alumni and business partners to gauge interest in this initiative. The program and information included in this overview is the result of the input from many people who provided their thoughts on ideal destinations, items to include in the agenda, and program logistics. We are very grateful for their input, and have designed a program which we believe will be aligned with the interests of our local market. Where will our travels take us this year? To Berlin, Germany and Barcelona, Spain! We have an exciting agenda that is filled with a variety of experiences both in Germany and in Spain! This program is based on our best practices for developing international experiences for our Executive MBA students. This trip is always one of the key highlights of their program. We hope that you will enjoy reading through the agenda, and gain a sense of what this trip will include by reading through the logistics.
