How to attach a document on curriculum alignment

HOW TO ATTACH A DOCUMENT ONTO THE CURRICULUM ALIGNMENT SITE

1. Go to www.curriculumalignment.ucf.edu/ to the Curriculum Alignment homepage.

2. Login into the site with your username and password.


 Login name is user’s email address and password is the first letter of your first name, your whole last name + 1 (so Jane Jones would be jjones1). Username and password are all lowercase.  Should you want to be added for privileges beyond viewing, please submit your request to pamela.cavanaugh@ucf.edu. 3. Click on what subject (which are located on the navigation bar) you want to attach a document to.

[For example, we will use Biology]

4. Click on the

button to open the Attach File page.

5. Click on the

to select the file you want to attach.

6. Add a comment to provide more descriptive information. 7. Click the ‘Attach more files’ link if you have more files to attach. Up to four additional files may be added at one time.

8. Follow steps 5 and 6 if you are attaching more files. 9. After you are done, click the on the curriculum alignment.
