WAKE-UP CALL Service To Request a Wake-Up Call Please use the Military Time Conversion Chart on the right to select the time for your wake-up call in 24-hour (military) time. Lift the handset of your telephone and press *95. You will hear a short double beep, then a dial tone. Enter the wake-up time by hours, then minutes, then press the # key. You will hear a short double beep confirmation tone. If you do not answer your wake-up call on the first try, your phone will ring two more times, five minutes apart. After the third unanswered wake-up call, your request will be automatically cancelled.
Request a Separate Wake-Up Call Each Day You Need One Wake-up call requests are valid for one day only and are not automatically repeated.

To Cancel a Wake-Up Call Lift the handset of your telephone and press *96. You will hear a short double beep confirmation tone. Your request is cancelled.
