‌ our geographical setup is advantageous on our part due the fact that we are shielded with high mountain ranges that can weaken any typhoon before it reaches us. We therefore have a strong potential to become a city of refuge
…opened eyes of the city government to have redirections from coastal and reclamation type of expansion to mountains, which is the birth of Sky City project

The City’s Central Business District (CBD) and its conduits is presently located in the 85 hectares of flat grounds and most residential area are located in permanent danger zones and in peripheral sloping boundaries of the CBD. Building roads and bridges to these peripheral built-ups will not suffice the spatial requirements of the population housing backlogs.
The need for spatial requirements for socialized housing, retirement homes, middle income families of OFWs and local businessmen are very much sought after. The City is in dire need for Government Centers, Health & Wellness, Sports/Events Center, Mall Zone, Amusement Centers, Family Park, Education and Training Hubs, Commercial Centers and Evacuation Centers.
