Welcome to RentscHleR

Dear Husky Football Fans, Welcome to another season of exciting University of Connecticut football at Rentschler Field. The 2011 season will mark our ninth year in East Hartford, and we want to thank each and every one of you for your support. We hope that this Fan Guide will help make your time at Rentschler Field even more enjoyable. In 2010, our fans gave us a tremendous home field advantage as the Huskies went undefeated at Rentschler Field. This mark helped our team win the BIG EAST Championship and earn a spot in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl — the first BCS game appearance by UConn. We encourage you to enjoy the 2011 season, and we ask all Husky fans to demonstrate pride, respect and responsibility while attending games at Rentschler Field. Cheer loud, hard, early and late for our UConn student-athletes and be respectful of our guests from other institutions and our game officials. The entire University of Connecticut family thanks you for attending games at Rentschler Field. We appreciate your support of UConn Athletics and our student-athletes. Enjoy the 2011 season!
