RESEARCH ADVISORY COUNCIL

THE RESEARCH ADVISORY COUNCIL IS CHARGED WITH THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To encourage and support research, creative and scholarly activities at UCO • To improve communication about research, creative and scholarly activities within the UCO community • To provide a feedback mechanism for UCO faculty and students to present questions and concerns about research, creative and scholarly activities to the Office of Research & Sponsored Programs; and • To review and recommend changes in research policy and procedures at UCO

THE RAC IS COMPOSED OF THE FOLLOWING REPRESENTATIVES:

• Two representatives from each college who serve a 3-year term • One representative from the Controller’s Office • One representative from the Faculty Senate • One representative from the AAUP - UCO • One representative from the Office of Research Integrity & Compliance • One representative from the Office of High Impact Practices • One representative from the Office of Research & Sponsored Programs
