Wandering Waste

story by Maria Blokhina

Challenges make up our life. Some require more effort than others, but we always learn and grow from them. With that in mind, the Orange and Blue staff is challenging you to move around, have fun and do something new.

To help you achieve that, we used the method of SMART goals first introduced by George Doran in the Journal of Management Review in 1981 and created a checklist for you. Checklists are useful for all sorts of things from groceries to bucket lists. They are especially helpful in personal development and achieving long-term goals. The big goal is broken down into smaller, bite-sized pieces to help
