The Arod Quartet skyrocketed to international attention when they won the coveted First Prize at the 2016 ARD International Music Competition in Munich, having already taken First Prize at the Carl Nielsen Chamber Music Competition in Copenhagen in 2015. They later served as the BBC New Generation Artists from 2017 to 2019. Since then, they have firmly established themselves in performance and recording at the forefront of string quartets by dazzling audiences around the globe. Child-in-lap tickets are available to many UFPA performances for $10. Contact the box office for purchase information. Any person, child, or otherwise, who disrupts the performance or other patrons’ enjoyment may be asked to leave the hall.
GROUP DISCOUNTS Buy 10 or more tickets to any performance and save 10 percent. Group tickets must be purchased at the same time, for the same performance, in person or by phone directly from the Phillips Center Box Office. Group discount is not available online.
