Tier One* Full tuition & fees up to 4 years + 2 years on-campus housing & meal plan + research/study abroad stipend eligibility

National Merit Full tuition & fees up to 4 years + research/study abroad stipend eligibility

Terry Foundation Scholarship

Transfer

Average awardee from ’21 had a 1350 SAT or 29 ACT and top 11% class rank.

Average awardee from ’21 had a 1474 SAT or 33 ACT and top 10% class rank. Tier One application and letters of recommendation are required.

National Merit Finalists

Based on cost and individually adjusted Financial need, a record of leadership, campus residency, meet in-state tuition requirements

Priority Deadline for the Transfer Excellence Scholarship: May 15, 2023

Transfer Excellence Scholarship

$1,000 per year ($500 each semester)

Cougar Promise

Earned 48 transferable hours or more with a 3.0 GPA; enroll full-time at UH.

Tuition and fees covered for those with an adjusted gross family income up to $65,000 who demonstrate financial need. Those between $65,001 and $125,000 receive tuition support. Submit the FAFSA and/or TASFA and complete admissions application by Jan. 15, 2023. uh.edu/cougarpromise
