YOUR ROAD TO ENGAGEMENT

Greetings Cougars, The fall season is fast-approaching, and we are delighted to start engaging, reconnecting and participating in the many programs and activities that bring us together as a community. To help you begin calendaring your “UH” itinerary, we have put together an event roadmap for you. The events listed are a portion of those in which UHAA is involved in addition to other University ones that you will want to check out. As you read on, notice the various ways that you can become more involved with your beloved alma mater. These activities present an opportunity to catch up with fellow Coogs, relive treasured memories and get a firsthand look at what is happening on campus. Join us to enhance your UH experience and strengthen your ties to the University. As some information may have changed at the time of printing, please visit the UHAA website at houstonalumni.com for more details, and be sure to download the official mobile app for the University of Houston, UH Go. We look forward to seeing you soon, Go Coogs!

Party on the Plaza

The Alumni Card identifies you as a UH graduate and is a great way to receive discounts and special offers from UHAA business partners. You will want to have this card handy to gain expedited entry into UHAA events, such as Party on the Plaza.

The ultimate tailgate experience is in front of Gate 1 at TDECU stadium. Before each UH home football game, various alumni associations and college groups set up individual spaces within Party on the Plaza for fun and refreshments. Held four hours before the game, the UHAA tailgate is free to all alumni and their guests. Just bring your Alumni Card. Life Members get exclusive access to the Life Member tailgate that is across from Party on the Plaza. (Bring your Life Member card for entry.)
