The Health Navigator website provides one place for New Zealanders to find reliable and trustworthy health information and selfcare resources. This website is owned and run by the Health Navigator Charitable Trust, which was established in 2008. It provides you with trusted online health resources that are relevant and help increase your confidence, skills, independence and wellbeing. The Health Navigator website focuses on promoting clear, consistent messages that enable you to get the information you need when you need it. Information on this website is produced and maintained by a team with expertise in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition, writing, editing, communications and technical development. Additional support is provided by a range of topic experts and clinical advisors who assist with identifying the best resources for a kiwi audience.

Upper Hutt CAP Debt Centre is here to help anyone struggling with debt. Their free debt counselling service includes budget advice, financial education and personal support.

Well-Able improves choice and quality of life for people with disabilities by providing accurate and up-to-date information on disability and disability support services.

CAP Debt Centre will be in the Rotary Lounge on 8 and 22 February then every first Thursday of the month from 1–2pm.

SEA WEEK 3 March – 11 March Upper Hutt City Library Come and celebrate te moana with us during Seaweek 2018, New Zealand’s national week about the sea. The Library will be hosting a range of events to inspire and encourage everyone to learn about and explore New Zealand’s maritime environment.

B A BY BO P S & T I N Y T O T S We’re proud to share with you that our Busy Babies & Busy Bodies programmes have been running for over 10 years! They have served us well but I think we can all agree that they deserve a refresh - especially considering some of our distinguished alumni are now in college. So please welcome our 'new' Baby Bops & Tiny Tots programmes! Apart from a change of name and look, session formats and times remain the same as Busy Babies & Busy Bodies. If you’re unfamiliar with these popular programmes, they are aimed at non-walkers and babies (Baby Bops) and under 5’s (Tiny Tots). Running for approximately 30 minutes they consist of songs, rhymes and musical playtime, as well as short stories for the tiny tots. No registration is required, you don’t need to be a Library member, and like most of the Library’s services it is free of charge, so pop in and take part, or let your friends and family with children know about it
