Be a Part of an exciting, TAPPA Conference! The University of Houston, home of Cougar Pride, is proud to host the 2011 TAPPA Educational Conference and Business Partner Fair. This year’s conference is filled with excellent seminars designed to keep attendees current on sustainability trends, organizational change management, project delivery methods, and much more. Now, more than ever, higher education institutions must look to industry leaders as we create opportunities to “Rethink the Future”, which is our conference and business partner fair theme. A definite event highlight will be our popular Business Partner Fair which you have chosen to be a part of. We believe the fair will offer our conference attendees a chance to look at and learn more about the newest and most innovative products and services on the market as well as an opportunity to visit with our business partner representatives at each booth. As the event schedule indicates on the next page, to facilitate interactions and information sharing, our educational sessions and Monday lunch have been scheduled in a manner to increase traffic and participation in the vendor fair.

Booth Information: Free electricity and wireless will be available to all exhibitors! Most booths will be constructed of eight foot tall back drape and three foot tall side drapes, including a white vinyl top table and three sided skirt, 2 chairs and waste basket. General registration and vendor check-in will be available, Sunday, April 17th, 2011 from 12pm-5pm on the second floor at the Regency Foyer. The Exhibit Hall will also be open for set up from 12pm-5pm on Sunday, April 17, 2011. There will be a dedicated logistics team at the Business Partner fair to answer questions and assist with any logistical issues or concerns our Business Partners may have.

Events Plus: Events Plus is the company managing and providing our booth set up services for the business partner fair. Please review the enclosed form to find out how you can ship your company’s materials for your exhibit. All materials for the fair must be shipped to Events Plus; please do not ship your booth materials to the Hyatt. Events Plus must receive your packages by Friday, April 12, 2011. They will have your packages delivered to your assigned booth for you to set up; after the business partner fair, Events Plus can return/ship your packaged/labeled company materials back to your company/address.

Freight Handling Form Advanced Inbound Shipments Please send all shipments PREPAID. Events Plus will receive and store merchandise up to 30 days prior to show. Freight will be placed in booth at show site day of install and empties will be removed and stored until close of the show, at which time they will be returned to booth. Outbound freight will be loaded onto our truck and returned to our warehouse. Shipments will be sent out freight collect unless you have an account with the carrier your choice.

Freight Handling Charge Per Hundred Weight (cwt.) Please Note: Events plus shall not be responsible for damage to uncrated materials, materials improperly packed or concealed damage; for loss, theft, or disappearance of exhibitor materials after delivering to booth, before picking up after the show closed or due to fire, Acts of God, strikes, lockouts or to causes beyond its control.
