Photography is a medium which helps one see what the human eye usually ignores. Capturing the images of day-to-day life and the essence of human vulnerability has always been a subject close to my heart. My work has always been focused on the activities of mankind, which does not hold any great importance but is the true reflection of one’s soul. I have always been prone to capture images of rural life while living in an urban setting. Away from the horrors of the mechanical life of a city the images of rural life helped me develop a connection with my roots. It always made me feel connected to the soil that is enriched with cultural values and its heritage.
