Joe - the Sad Easter bunny
Every year Joe the Easter Bunny had done his job very well He had fetched all the eggs he could get from the hens, every day from 5 in the morning till the sun went down, trying to persuade the hens to hand their eggs over to him. In the beginning, when he was young, he did not mind the hard work. He was eager to do his job. And he felt rewarded by the kids' happiness when they found their baskets with all the eggs and the sweets in them But then came the year when he noticed how the children were complaining about the content of their baskets they wanted mobile phones, video games, and not eggs and chocolate. They didn't pay attention to the cute baskets he and his wife had put together. And he felt his age more and more.
One day, on a fine Easter Sunday morning, sitting before his tiny hut and enjoying his cup of tea he saw a little boy coming along, looking sad, even sniffling a bit. His clothes were shabby. "What's the matter with you, little boy?", Joe asked "The other kids will have fun today with their new playthings, and I will get nothing, because my mother's too poor." "Well," Joe said, "have a look behind that bush next to you," The little boy did what he was told, and there it was, the last of Joe's baskets.

The moment he saw the basket, the face of the boy lightened up "Is this for me?" he asked "Yes, you can have it, It*s my last basket, and it is nothing special, you know".
"Thank you so much!", said the boy. "For me, it is something special". He very carefully picked up the basket and went off. Joe, the Easter bunny, suddenly had a smile on his face.
What do you think Joe will do? Will he retire or not?
