(4 Marks) • Before starting weight training he must know his 1rep Max to allow him to set up an adequate training problem. • Warm-Up before training with free weights. Cool down after. • Breathing and alignment is achieved when lifting. • Knowledge of Sets and Reps to prevent injury from overworked muscles.
