Award-Winning Hair Stylist

Orla O’ Boyle has worked as a hairdresser at The Hub salon in Ballymena for over six years and has a real passion for what she does. She is an all-rounder in hairdressing, having expertise in everything from hair extensions, to colouring, cuts and styling.

Speaking of her work she says; “I love everything I do, but my favourite is styling and making people feel amazing for a special night out or wedding or even when they are just not feeling like themselves.”

Orla has worked in stage work all over the UK and helped out in photoshoots in London. She recently received her first award at the age of 23 as ‘Stylist of the Year’ in Northern Ireland at the Hair and Beauty Awards.

“This award was such an amazing feeling as it’s a client based nomination and it’s just such a nice feeling as you feel so appreciated and so special,” Orla explains.

We were delighted to have Orla as part of the team on our September Ulster Tatler front cover photoshoot. She transformed Amanda’s hair, styling it into a Marilyn Monroe-inspired bouncy blow dry.
