DOWNPATRICK RACES LADIES DAY

August Bank Holiday Monday saw yet another great Ladies Day with style and fashion at the popular Downpatrick Racecourse. The racecourse is well known for its themed racedays and friendly atmosphere. In recent years it has won the Sports Venue of the Year competition on two separate occasions.There was a great entry of style contestants all of whom were judged by Miss Northern Ireland Daria Gapska, Miss World Europe, Anna Leitch and UTV presenter Pamela Ballantine. Catherine O’Connor from Camlough won the Most Appropriately Dressed Lady competition with Pius Kulama from Belfast winning the Best Dressed Gentleman
