Although the January blues can be overwhelming, this can also be a time for rest and rejuvenation. January should be a month to invest in ourselves, a time when we listen to what our body needs both mentally and physically.
Taking time out to make plans for the year ahead and giving ourselves something to look forward to can also help those January blues.
