There is lasting beauty found in our culture. So much excellence comes naturally. The swagger of our style, our skin's beauty, and our minds' brilliance are all qualities that define being black. We approach it, unapologetic for our existence. We celebrate our authentic selves. Unwilling to comply with standards of beauty that don't include us, we recreate standards. For centuries this has been our nature.

Make-up, or no make-up. Jeans and a teeshirt or business attire. Sneakers, heels, sandals, or dress shoes. Bald head or fade. Beard or no beard. Natural nails or enhancements. Hair weave, wigs, relaxed or natural hair, look in the mirror and be satisfied. Embrace the reflection as your truth. Look at your natural self and define them by your terms and standards.

The actions that take place within our lives shape each individual. Those actions formulate opinions and thoughts. These influence perception and create the rules we use to establish our sense of self, our swag. Understanding that our swagger defines all styles, we move effortlessly. There is such beauty to be found in every aspect of our existence. Why not live unapologetically? Our quick wit, our flair, our boisterous laughter, the reserve of our observations, even the strength gained from oppression all define our grace.

The intricacy of the black mind is phenomenal. Breaking all boundaries, shattering ceilings, and destroying obstacles, we don't just prove we can overcome. We are the definition of overcoming. Annihilating stereotypes are in our DNA. Redefining expectations is who we are. These qualities

are within our nature. They each come naturally.

To be natural is to be uninhibited by boundaries unless those boundaries are set by yourself, for your reasons. Natural is liberation. Determine your grace, strength, and merit. Be unashamed. Social constructs do not define us. Toss out baseless propaganda. Realize who you are, and live your truth.

To be unapologetically natural is a statement. It means you know yourself and are unwilling to fit into a box established by someone else. You determine your outcomes. You approach life in the truth that comes from the knowledge of self. You exist in the world on your terms. You follow the rules you make because they best suit you. You know who you are and what you stand for, and you are unrepentant. Rejoice in your truth.

We encourage you to celebrate your culture and support black-owned businesses. Reject the narrative defining us as less than and witness the manifestation of excellence. Find the true reflection of who you are, not a watered-down version designed to appeal to the masses. When we shop black-owned, we find companies that support issues that are important to us.
