To design and build a space that offers the citizens a platform for social interaction and recreational combined with work instead of a monofunctional building as the public are more attracted to a complex urban experience. SEMESTER XIII Location : Nagpur | Area: 15,300 sqm | Mentor : Dr. Akshay Patil



FSI Calculation FSI : 4 Site area : 15,300sqm Thus, total permissible built-up area = 15,300 x 4 =61200sq m 80% Anciliary area has been taken into consederation So the total permissible built up area = 1,10,160 sqm Similarly , atleast 500 car parking has to be provided

A potential site in place of your residence has to be identified ,analysed,developed, and proposed a landscape design to improve and maintain the already existing context . SEMESTER III Location : Yavatmal | Area: 6 acrs -24280 sqm | Mentor : Prof. Meenal surawar



The main aspect of the project was to revitalize the temple campus so that all the spaces on the site can be properly used and also at the same time cater to all the challenges the comes with it. Site has been designed such that the main pedistrian pathways leading to temples has been highlighted . Stepped entrance has been given so as to provide the required hirerarchical feel. Site has also been designed according to the most bussiest time of the year which is Durga pooja Spaces are designed for all the age groups and keeping everyone’s intrest in mind .

An international yoga camp is to be held in the town in the open ground in our campus. This camp is to last for fifteen days. Yoga performance shall be held on the stage measuring 20M x 10M with proper roof covering. The stage shall be facing west side and the audience shall face the stage on east. A lamella roof, also known as the “Zollinger roof ” (after Friedrich Zollinger), is a vaulted roof made up of simple, single prefabricated standard segments (mostly in timber) as a way to span large spaces.
