Money Transfer App-iOS User Experience Study - Scenario 1

User Flow

I found that factors contributing to the popularity of online money transfer app were: lacking in transfer money in a user friendly manner and ability to see your contacts and their details in a chronological sequence. Furthermore, the security features to confirm transaction with touch id or face recognition, categories of transaction, and ability to request money in a few clicks.

Helps to identifying and reflecting on how users navigate your site will help you meet their needs more efficiently. With the help of elaborated User Journey the following flow diagram will help to lay down the foundation of low fedility prototyping.

Sven’s day starts at 6 am in the morning. He spends a busy routine until 2 pm at a customer service call center. During the day job he spends most of the time dealing with customers over phone. After work he likes to have some rest and mostly he spends his evening with his friends , at gym and also two times a week at the community sports center to play table tennis.

Despites his busy routine he has to take care of his finances in a seamless way.

Use case scenario Sven checks his transactions atleast one time over the weekend. He does not want to spend too much time on it. On Saturday afetr a light breakfast He wanted to check the details such as last contacted users and some relavent transaction detail. He might also want to invite more users so in future he has the possibility to send / recieve or request money from a bigger data base. Target- User Requirements

Fast and user- friendly way to see last transactions details, contacts overview, invite new users From the above Bio and Use_case scenario following User stories has been mapped out to deliver a smart solution 1- See Contact Details This Use-case scenario elaborates further steps - Only show contacts that the user has already interacted with (sent or received money) - Allow users to send or request payments from their friends in an easy way - Show the contacts in chronological order - Show the following contact details: Name, Last Transaction Amount, Status, Picture, Date - Allow the user to invite new friends from this view in an easy way - If possible / applicable: Utilize iOS’s Force Touch functionality

Design a system for an Mail-order company that ships 50-150 packages a week. The user primarily uses the system to process and optimise the shipping. The packages are picked up once a day by the various transport companies. The system can be linked directly to Ebay, so that the basic data of a shipment are already known as soon as a sale has been processed in Ebay. It can be assumed that the collective work-list of all sales of the previous day will be processed in the next morning at a time.
