JamesJurekisgraduatingwithadegree inMechanicalEngineering.Jamesisfrom FridleyMN.“Icame toUMarybecauseI hadalotoffriendsthat werealsogoinghere, andwhenItoured theschoolitfeltlike home,unlikethelarger stateschoolsthatItoured.Ichoseengineering becauseI’vealwaysbeenthetypeofperson thatwouldtakethingsapartjusttoseehow theyworked,andI’vealwaysbeenfascinated withbuildingthingsandlearningaboutdifferenttechnologies.Iwasconsideringboth mechanicalandelectricalengineering,but ultimatelysettledonmechanicalbecauseI wantedtoworkwithmoretangiblethings... theninmyjunioryearIrealizedthatwhen modelingsystems,mechanicalandelectrical systemshavenearlyidenticalanaloguesto eachother!Ididaco-opatBobcatbetween myjuniorandsenioryears.Iworkedonthe attachmentsteam,mainlydoingsustaining work,workingtodocumentsmallchanges formanufacturabilityofproducts,butIwas ableabletodoafairamountofproductdevelopmentwork,mainlyconsistingoftesting productsindevelopmentandidentifyingissuesthatneededtobesolvedbeforethey wentintoproduction.IlovedlivinginBismarck.It’sagreatcityandIwouldn’tmind livingherelongterm.Contingentonwhere myjobsearchtakesme,Iwouldliketomove backtoMinnesotatobeclosertofamily.My professorswereawesome.IlovethesmallschoolatmosphereatUMary,andthefactthat professorsareeasilyaccessibleforanything fromlast-minutehomeworkhelpandproject advicetojustacasualconversation.I’mcurrentlybrowsingthejobmarkettoseewhat’s available.IthinkIwouldliketoworkinthe aerospaceindustry,butI’mnotsureexactly whatIwouldliketodointhatfield.Ona personalnote,I’mgoingtostartworkingon gettingmyprivatepilot’scertificate,andI’m aimingtodomyfirstflightwithaninstructor sometimethissummer.”

TheUniversityofMarySchoolofEngineeringisnowcalledthe“HammSchoolofEngineering”followinga$10milliongiftfromthe HaroldHammFoundation.ContinentalResourceshasdesignatedanother$2millionto endowthe“ContinentalResourcesMonsignor JamesSheaChairofEngineering.”

ShellyLambertz,executivevicepresidentofContinentalResourcesanddaughter tochairmanandfounderHaroldHamm,and BluHulsey,alsowithContinentalResources, cametotheUniversityofMarycampusfor thedonationevent.Thisoccasionmarksthe largestsingledonationintheUniversity’shistory.

“ContinentalResourcesisseriousabout oilandgasproductionintheBakken,and tosustainthatgrowthweneedsomeof thebestandbrightestengineeringgraduates,”

WilliamBlewettis graduatingwithadegreeinCivilEngineering.Williamisfrom BozemanMontanaand cametoUMarytoplay football.“IchoseengineeringbecauseI wantedsomethingchallengingwithadequate payandtoservesocietybest.Istartedin PetroleumEngineeringandchangedtocivil afterthat.IinternedwithAE2Sforthree summersandIstuckwiththatsamecompany becauseofitsgreatatmosphereandpotential forgrowth.Havingteachersthatdesignedthe curriculumwasbeneficialtolearningthemost importantpartstobeinganengineer.MyfutureplansaretocontinueworkforAE2S,and endupinthemountainsclosetomyfamily.”

MatthewBittneris graduatingwithadegreeinMechanicalEngineering.Matthew isoriginallyfromThe TwinCities.“Icameto UMarybecauseofthe smallclasssizes,the Catholicculture,and therelativelycheapcost.Ichoseengineering becauseIgainedaloveofappliedmathin myhighschoolclasses(math,physics,programming),andIchosemechanicalbecause Ihaveaprettygoodabilitytovisualizephysicalsystemsinmyhead.However,Ithink IwouldhaveenjoyedElectricalEngineering aswellsinceIenjoydoingelectricalwork andprogrammingwheneveritcomesupin

projects(whichitdoesagoodbit,myteammatesarethankfulIknowhowtousethe stuff).IdidaninternshipwithGracoInc., the paintsprayer company,notthebabyitem company(Samecompanyname,thefounders hadtheexactsamenamesaswell,butthey’re twocompletelydifferentcompaniesfounded bycompletelydifferentpeopleincompletely differentstates).Myfavoritestoryaboutbeingintheengineeringschool?JusttalktoAJ andaskhimabouttheThermo2exam.For thefuture,myplanistogetajob.Idon’t haveanyresponsesfromapplicationsyet,but IknowI’llhavesecurityuntilIcanfinda jobsoI’mnottooworriedaboutfindingone immediately.ObviouslyI’mstillapplyingto jobs,justnotwithfreneticenergy.I’mlookingatHelenaMontana(friendsthere),Twin Cities(familyandfriendsthere,plusmoreand diverseopportunities),andBismarck(friends heretoo).”

MichaelStorrickis graduatingwithadegreeinElectricalEngineering.“I’moriginallyfromBismarck anddecidedtocometo UMarybecauseofthe strongCatholicculture here.IchoseEEbecauseI’vealwaysbeeninterestedinelectrical circuitsetc.andenjoybeingabletocreateall theinterestingthingsonecanwithknowledge ofelectricalcircuits.I’vehadaninternshipat KMMandaco-opatBobcat.IenjoyedBobcatthebestbecauseIlearnedalotaboutthe industrythroughthatexperience.Bismarck isagreatcityandNorthDakotaagreatstate. Theprofessorshaveallbeeninformativeand straightforwardwiththeirteachingandhelpfulifIeverneededhelpwiththecurriculum.I plantogetajobwithintheBismarckareainitially,andafterafewyearspotentiallymove outofstate.”

IzaiahBitzisgraduatingwithadegreein CivilEngineering.He isoriginallyfromBismarck,ND.“Oneof themajorreasonswhy IcametotheUniversityofMaryisbecause itisinBismarck,ND, whichiswhereIam originallyfrom.InitiallyIwantedtogointo architecture,butIstillhadthequestionofhow thingslikestructuresfunctionedandworked. Idecidedtogointocivilengineering,inhopes ofbeingabletounderstandtheanswertothat question.IdidaninternshipwiththeNDDOT asaconstructioninspector,andIalsodidan internshipwithBraunIntertecasaconstructionmaterialtester.Bothinternshipshelped buildmyunderstandingofhowthethingsthat wehavelearnedinschoolaretranslatedover intotheworkforce,eachintheirownrespectiveways.Ihavefoundthemasworthwhile experiences,andIthinkthathavingbeeninvolvedintheseinternshipshashelpedmeto betterunderstandwhatIwouldliketodoas acareer.Additionally,Iwouldrecommend studentstopursueinternshipswhilethey’re goingthroughschool,sinceinternshipscan helptoproviderelevantknowledgetostu-

dentsinamultitudeofways.Ihavethought ofBismarck,ND,asaplacewheremyhome andfamilyare,aswellasaplacewherepeopleworkhardandhelpeachotherout.The engineeringstaffasawholehasworkedvery hardforthebettermentoftheirstudents.The twoprimarycivilengineeringprofessors,Eric GarciaandAnthonyWaldenmaier,havecomplimentedeachother’steachingstylestoreallyhelpuslearnandgrowinunderstanding thematerialinvolvedinourfieldofstudy. Ihavehadmultipleinterviewsandwillbe workingforSandmanStructuralEngineers (Moorhead,MN)beginningthissummer.”

AndrewHeckamanis graduatingwithadegreeinConstruction Management.OriginallyfromDickinson, ND,Andrewchose UMarytobeclose tohomeandtoplay hockey.“Beingclose tohomeallowsmyfamilytoattendasmany hockeygamesaspossible.Ichoseengineering,andconstructionmanagementinparticular,becauseofmyinterestinresidential construction.Ihopetostartmyowncompanydesigningandbuildingcustomhomes. Ididn’tdoanyinternshipsbutIworkedina fewdifferentconstructionfieldstolearnas muchasIcouldinareasIwouldbeinvolved inwhenbuildinghomes.ThejobsIheldwere inconcretework,excavation,andworkingfor ageneralcontractor,mainlyroughframing. Whilegrowingup,IcametoBismarckall thetimeforsportsandwithmyfamily,but livingherehasshowedmehowinteresting thecityisandhowmuchthereistodo.All ofmyprofessorswereveryknowledgeable andhadagreatdealofrealworldexperience. Thisallowedthemtotellushowthingswill workpost-graduationintheworkfield.After graduationIplantocontinuetoworkwith LegendaryHomes,thegeneralcontractorI previouslymentioned,tolearnfromhimuntil Icanstartmyowncompany.”

BenWilsonisgraduatingwithadegree inConstructionManagement.Benwas bornandraisedin Bismarck.“Ichose UMarybecauseofthe closeknitcommunity thattheuniversityhas developed.Ihavealwayslikedthepractical sideofengineering,specificallyconstruction managementandit’sbeenagoodfitforme eversince.Icompletedaninternshiplast summerasaprojectmanagerandestimator.I communicatedwiththearchitects,engineers, subcontractorsandsuppliersofmulti-million dollarprojectssothattheprojectswouldrun asseamlessaspossible.Growinguphere, Ihavealwayslovedthecommunityandthe surroundingenvironment.Ithastreatedme wellandIamexcitedtocallithome.There arealotofgreatprofessorsthatIhavebeen abletotakeclassesfrom.Ihavelearnedalot fromthemandtheyhavedonealottohelp melearnalotofthingsthroughouttheyears. Onedaylastyear,astudentshoweduptoProfessorGarman’sclass10minuteslatewith TacoBellinhishand.Ofcourse,thestudent didn’tbringanyforanyoneelseandGarmanlethimknowthatitwasn’tacceptable toshowuplatewithoutsomeforeveryone. Afewweekslater,Garmansentusanemail thathewasgoingtobelateforclass.Sure enough,thestudentjokinglylethimknow thatitwasn’tgoingtobeacceptableunless hebroughtTacoBell.Weallshowedupto classandweresurprisedwithagiantbagof tacosprovidedbyProfessorGarman.Itwas anawesometreatforclassanditwasagreat storythatIwon’tforget.Iwillbestayingin Bismarckandamexcitedtobeworkingas aprojectmanager/estimatorforCapitalCity Construction.”

KarsenMeyer

KarsenMeyeris graduatingwithadegreeinMechanical Engineering.OriginallyfromMandan ND.Karsencameto theUniversityofMary tokeephisparttime jobandfortheoneon-oneengineeringexperienceUMaryhasto offer.“IchoseEngineeringbecauseIgrew upbuildingthingswithmydadandthesatisfactionofcompletingaprojecthasnever left.OutsideofworkingatMoritz,Itookan internshipatAquatractionofNDthespring ofmysenioryear.Theprimaryfocusofthe companyistofinddifferentmarineflooring solutionstothegrowingcustomerbase.They dealwithCADwork,advancedmeasurement tools,designing,CNCwork,andexposure towhatittakesforgreatcustomerservice. Nottomentionthedoorsareopen24/7so workcanbedonewhenstudentshavethe time.ItcanbecoldinNDbutthere’snoother placemorewillingtohelpthanthepeoplein ND.Theengineeringfacultyhasalwaysbeen helpfulandwilldoanythingforastudentto

LoganMahoneyis graduatingwithadegreeinCivilEngineering.LoganisoriginallyfromParkston, SouthDakota.“The reasonIdecidedto cometoUMarywas theengineeringand wrestlingprogram.TheUMaryengineering programwasforwardthinking,andIbelieved thatitwouldpreparemetobeaprofessional engineerinindustry.Ichooseengineering becauseIenjoyproblemsolvingandthechallengesofbeinganengineer.ThereasonI choosecivilengineeringisIhavealwaysenjoyedtheconstructionprocessandworking inthatindustry.Secondly,Isawaproblem inthecountry’sinfrastructure,asmuchof itagingandindisrepair.Ifeltpassionately aboutthisproblem,soIdecidedtostudyto helpbeapartofthesolution.During,my timeattheUMaryIwasanengineeringinternattheFalkirkMiningCompanyfortwo

PeterandIthatdaywerethefirsttwodone. IhadminedonealittlebitbeforePeter.I lookatErictoconfirmIhadtherightanswer. beenincredible.Theadvantagetoattending asmalleruniversitysuchasUMaryisthe smallerclasssizes.Itallowstheprofessors moretimetoworkone-on-onewithstudents whoarestruggling,whichisincrediblyhelpful.AftergraduationIplantoacceptapositionintheenvironmentaldivisionofOneCor ServicesinWilliston,NorthDakota.”

CaseyAndersonis graduatingwithadegreeinConstruction Management.OriginallyfromMinto,ND, asmalltownonthe Eastsideofthestate abouthalfanhour NorthofGrandForks. “IchoosetheUniversityofMarybecausetheirEngineeringand ConstructionManagementprogramswerein theprocessofstartingalongwiththisbeing thesamecollegemymotherattendedwhen shewasyounger.IchoseConstructionManagementbecauseit’sslightlymorehands-on thananEngineeringdegreeandIcanspend alittlemoretimeoutsideoftheoffice.I’m currentlyaninternatMillerInsulationinBismarckperformingseveraldifferenttaskssuch asestimatingjobs,settingupstatusreports, creatingproposalsandsoon.TheBismarck atmosphereisgreat.Nottoobigofacity whereyou’llgetlost,butnotsosmallyou feelyouhavenoplacetogotodowhatyou want.Greatfeelforacollegekid.Mostof theprofessorsthatI’vehadhavebeenoutstanding.Theirabilitytorelatetostudents andhelpwiththematerialisgreat.Asofnow, Ibelievemyinternshipwillrunthroughthe summerandhopefullyleadtoafull-timejob willMillerInsulation.Thoughnotguaranteed,thisexperiencewillgreatlyhelpwith findingfutureopportunities.”

MarkSammonsis graduatingwithadegreeinMechanicalEngineering.Heisfrom Bismarck,NDanddecidedtoattendUMary becauseoftheaffordabletuition.“Ialso believedthequalityof educationIwouldreceiveherewouldbebetterthanotheruniversities.IchoseengineeringbecauseI’vealwayshadaninterestinthe waythingsworkandhowtheyaremade.I settledonMechanicalEngineeringbecauseI believeditwasthetypeofengineeringthat wouldgivemethemostexposuretoengineering,asawhole.DuringmytimeattheUniversityofMaryIworkedforthreeyearsatFinley Engineeringdesigningfiberopticbroadband layoutsandasafieldmanagerforonesummer.Ialsoworkedasummerinternshipatthe MiltonR.YoungStationforMinnkotaPower Cooperative.Iequallyenjoyedbothexperiencesandbelievetheybothwerebeneficialin preparingmeforpost-collegeemployment.I thinkBismarckisagreatplacetoliveminus thefewterriblycolddaysinthewinter.I believetheprofessorshereattheUniversity ofMaryprovidedmewiththebestpossible engineeringeducation.Theywerealways willingtomentor,teach,andhelpuswithany ofourprojectsorhomework.Theflexibility

DanielTurnerisgraduatingwithadegree inMechanicalEngineering.Danielis originallyfromNew Prague,Minnesota. “Oneofmymain reasonsforchoosing UMarywasduetothe opportunitytocontinuemybaseballcareer. TheotherwasthatIwantedtogotoaschool withsmallerclasssizes,sothatIcouldbuild connectionswithprofessorsandotherstudentsthatencouragedgrowthasapersonand inmyeducation.Igrewupinafamilywith 4otherengineers,mydadandthreebrothers. Thathelpedformmydecisiontobecomean engineer.However,theywereallelectrical engineers,andIalwaysfoundmyselfconfused,boredaboutwhattheywerediscussing. Therefore,Idecidedtobecomeamechanical engineer.IknewIalwaysenjoyedproblem solvingandhandsonwork,butfromthereI wasnotsosure.Therefore,Iwentmechanical,toallowfortheabilitytolearnparts ofbothcivilandelectricalandcannarrow downmyexactpathtowardstheendofmy education/whilelookingforajob.Ihadan internshipduringthesummerofmyjunior/goingintosenioryearatTerraconConsulting IncinBismarck,ND.Ienjoyedmytimethere duetothepeopleandtheworkthatIwas doing.Theyallowedmetoexperienceevery aspectofthejobandtoaskanyquestions toensurethatIwasgainingthemostoutof myexperience.IpersonallyenjoytheBismarckarea.Ibelieveitscarespeopledueto itbeingfartherawayfromhome(7hoursfor me).However,beingfartherawayallowsfor growthasastudentandmoreimportantlyasa

person.Bismarckprovidesyouwithavariety ofactivitiesandweatherthatyoumightnot gettoexperienceinotherlocationsintheUS, butitalsohaseverythingyouneed.Ithink theBismarckandNorthDakotaingeneralare anexcellentplacetoexploreandbeduring acollegeexperience.DuringmytimeIhave gottentoexperienceavarietyofprofessors, andIhaveenjoyedeachofthem.Eachprofessorwantstoseetheirstudentssucceedboth intheclassroomandinlife,whetherthatis insports,job,ordaytodayactivities.Therefore,theydoeverythingtheycantoensure thateachstudentisunderstandingthematerialandisputinaspottosucceed.Asofright nowmyplansaretomovebacktowardsMinnesota.Iamcurrentlysearching/interviewing forjobopportunitiesaroundthesouthmetro inMinnesota.Thatallowsmetocontinueto playbaseball(TownBall)andhaveavariety ofopportunitiesforjobs.”

Teamswereprovidedonlyonereamofprinter paperandElmersgluetoconstructtheirpapertrussthathadtospanagapoftwofeet. Studentsweretaskedtopredictwherefailure wouldoccur,usingmethodofjointsanalysis, andachievethehighestload-to-weightratio. Allsixtrussbridgesweighedinbetween1.8 and2.5lbs.Allsixofthebridgesheldover 130lbsandfourofthemheldthatmaximum weightavailableof162.5lbs!

IstartedseriouslySocialDancingbackin 2015,invitedbyfriendstoaSalsanightatVirginiaTech.PriortothatIhadbrieflyexperimentedwithbreakdancingbackinmyundergradatCaliforniaStateUniversity,Long Beach,and‘LeRock’(similartocountry swing)atGeorgiaTechLorraine(theirFrance campus).

Thissemesterweorganizedeighthoursof OSHATrainingonPresident’sDayforour ConstructionManagementstudentsintheir CMT430ConstructionSafetycourse.The courseisaboutconstructionsafetyandsoI decideditwouldbeworthwhiletoaddan OSHAtrainingsessiontothecoursesothat thestudentswouldnotonlygetthecourse creditbutalsoanOSHAcertificationaswell.

Itstartswithadrone.WewentoverCADin ENR101andIwasintriguedbythethings Icoulddowithit.Imadeahandfuloffiles andwantedtoseethemcometolife.Abuddy offeredtobuymea3dprinterinexchange forsomework.Iwentthrougharolloffilamentjustgettingusedtothething.EventuallywhenIgotgoodwithit,Iprintedout oneofmyCADfilescontainingadroneIhad designedoverThanksgiving.ItturnedoutalrightandIwantedtoseeitcometolife.IresearchedonlineallthecomponentsI’dneedto getitupandflyingandorderedthemthrough amazon.com.Aftereverythingarrivedittook about4-5hoursandasteadyhandtosolder allthesmallcomponentstogether.Ididn’t orderabatterybecausetheycangetspendy, butrather,Ifoundonethatprovidedabout89voltsandwouldbeabletopowerthisthing forafewminutesintheair.Ittooksometrial anderrortogeteverythingrunninginsync, andtheteachersintheengineeringdepartmentwereahugehelp(Rodrigospecifically).

AfterthatfirstSalsaeventIstartedattending weeklylessons,andquicklytrainedtoalevel whereIwaspartoftheperformanceteam andteachingbeginnerclasses.Overthenext yearsIbecameperformanceteamcaptainand taughtbeginnertoadvancedclassesinSalsa andBachata.

SoonafterstartingSalsa,Iwasexposed toEastCoastSwing,occasionallyattendingdancesandlessons.Acoupleyears laterin2017,afriendinvitedmetoaWest CoastSwinglessonatalocalballroomdance studio,whereIdiscoveredanewpassion. SoonIwasintensivelytakingprivatelessons, teachingWCSlessons,attendingnationwide WCSdanceevents,andenteringcompetitions.MostrecentlyIhavelearnedcountry ballroomdancestylesasIhopetocontinueto growasasocialdancer.

TheOSHAtrainingisdoneduringregular officehoursandso,giventhealreadyfull courseschedulesofourengineeringstudents, Wewereforcedhavetodosomemaneuvering tofinddaysthatwecanaccomplishthisover asemester.

IfiguredoutawaytogettheLCDtolight upbutIwasnotgettinganyreadingsand mycodewasnotperfect.Imetupwitha buddy(MatthewBowes)tospendsometime intheengineeringbuildingwork-shopping thisproject.Hewroteacompletelyseparate codefrommineandwewereabletotake readingsfromthedevice,webroughtittothe men’sbathroomtotestit,andsureenough,we wereabletodetectsmalltracesofmethane inthebathroom.I’mcurrentlyworkingout somebugsinthecodeandprintingoutahousingtoholdthedevice,Ifullyintendtoincorporateitintomynextdrone.Itisboundto haveitsfairshareofhurdlestojumpoverbut thegreatpartaboutbeinganengineerisfindingcreativesolutionstoovercometheseproblems.Ihonestlywouldnothavebeenableto doanyofthiswithoutmyeducationandthe effortsofmyteachersandpeers.

LeviClagettandCalebWeisgarber,two ofourAlumniwhoareGraduateEngineers withApexEngineeringGroup,spoketothe studentsinourContractsandSpecifications classandgaveverygoodpresentationsonbeinggraduateengineers.Theytalkedingeneral detailabouttheirdailyduties,andgavespecificexamplesofprojectsthattheywereresponsiblefor.Wearesoproudofthemandthe rolethattheyarefilling,andappreciateApex forshowingsomuchsupportfortheprogram. Theywereextremelyprepared,comfortable infrontofthegroup,andmadethetalkinteresting.

INSPIRATION FROMTHE SISTERS ByDEACONDAMIANOWEIS

SisterAgathavisitedusintheengineeringfacultyofficeonFriday,Feb4,2022for thefirstofaseriesofFridaysthatwehave planned.SisterAgathaandSisterJanetare welcomedasourliasonswiththe BenedictineSistersofAnnunciationMonastery and ourplanistohaveFridaydiscussionsessions ontheRuleofSt.Benedict.

TheBenedictinesisterscametoBismarck, thenDakotaTerritory,in1878and,in1885, thesistersfoundedSt.AlexiusHospital, addingaCollegeofNursingin1915.In1944, thesistersformedtheConventoftheAnnunciation,independentofthemotherhouse inSt.Joseph,Minnesota.Theconventwas renamedAnnunciationPrioryin1947.In 1947,thesisterswhostartedMaryCollege (nowtheUniversityofMary)wereestablishedasanindependentmonastery,AnnunciationMonastery.TheoriginalMaryCollege wasbuilttoservewesternNorthDakotaby providingnursesandhealthcareprofessionalswhichwereneededinthewest.

WeintheHammSchoolofEngineering feelacloseaffinitytothesistersinthesense thatourschoolwasfoundedforverysimilar reasons.Webuilttheengineeringschoolto servetheneedforengineersinwesternNorth Dakota.

TheprayerfulpresenceoftheSisterson ourcampusstrengthensusandinstillsinus theBenedictinevaluesbywhichtheylive. SeveralSistershaveservedonthefacultyand staffoftheuniversityandtheAnnunciation Monasteryisashortwalkfromthecampus buildings.TheprioressofthemonasticcommunityservedasaChemistryprofessor,she andanumberoftheSistersserveonourBoard ofTrustees,participatinginthegovernanceof theuniversity.

TheRuleofSaintBenedicthasbeenthe foundationforBenedictines’livesfor15centuries,andthusSt.Benedictissometimes regardedasthefounderofWesternmonasticism.St.Benedict’sRulewaswritten asaguideforindividualandautonomous communitiesandisaguideforcultivating tightlybondedcommunitiesandcontemplativelifestyles.Therulecontainsnumerousinsightsonhowpeoplecanlivetogetherinfairnessandharmonyandisthereforeusefulfor anyonetoread–notjustBenedictinemonastics.

Ourengineeringfacultyenjoyanopenofficeenvironmentwhereallofusshareasingleroomratherthanseparateindividualoffices.Welovethisarrangementfortheclose relationshipsthatitpromotesamongfaculty andtheeasewithwhichissuesarediscussed

andsolved.However,livinginacloseenvironmentcancauseconflictsperiodicallyifthe membersofthecommunitywerenotunited bythesamespiritandworkforthesamegoal.

HavingtheRuleofSt.Benedictasour solidfoundationforourcommunitymakesit theidealsourceofinspiration,strengthensour relationshiptogether,andhelpsusallcome togetherasone.Havingdifferentideasinfact enrichourcommunityratherthancreateconflictsincewelistencarefullytoeachotheras weallservethesamepurpose.

Havingthesistersguidingusthroughthe Ruleisablessingtousandwilldoubtless aidourunderstandingtheRuleandourimplementingtheinsightsfoundthere.
