THE BUILDING
At O314, entrepreneurs, consultants, freelancers and small businesses have the opportunity to establish their businesses in comfort and style. Working spaces, desks, and private rooms are rented on a daily and monthly basis.
The office is located on the first floor of a historic tobacco warehouse. The building has been meticulously maintained over the past 150 years and hosts a luxurious marble staircase and foyer. Original cornices and wooden flooring and wall panels. A lush boardroom seats up to 16 people on its leather padded table. An elevator is also available for handicap access.
Many self employed people and small businesses work from home but miss the community of an office. We aim to create a comfortable environment so that our members feel at home in their new office.
THE AREA
ACCESSIBILITY
Located in the heart of the 17th century ring of Amsterdam it is impossible to be more central. Surrounded by picturesque residential and business buildings, a historic timeless essence envelopes the canal lined street. Across from O314 you have a view of the Agnieten Kapel, site of the 17th Century birth place of the University of Amsterdam. Restaurants, bars, trams, museums, shops and markets are all on your doorstep.
Parking is available just a short walk away at several local places like the Bijenkorf, the Hotel Krasnapolsky or under the Stopera (the Opera House and center of local government in Amsterdam). However, being so central it is easier to arrive by bike or foot. Public transport is 100m away with trams 4, 16, 24 and more at Spui stop. Metro Nieuwmarkt and Waterlooplein are only 800m away.
WORK The spacious, light, airy communal office room (the ex-warehouse part) benefits from 8m high ceilings (in most parts), flooded with natural light and minimal outside noise. The office has been fitted with hiqh quality fittings, chairs, and lockable storage units. It has high speed network access (60 mb/s) and access to a shared printer is included in the rent.

MEET The boardroom is available to members and (subject to availability) to non members. It has been used for team meetings, presentations, lectures and for executive dinner parties we can have the room available in the evenings. We are always keen to hear your ideas for how the space can be used. Through partners we can arrange catering or other services for your guests.

The room can be arranged in Theater Style without the table and will seat about 20 people; with the table we recommend a maximum of 14 people.
FACILITIES In addition to the Boardroom and shared work spaces, members have access to shared facilities such as the kitchen, coffee making facilities and bar; plus of course the city center is on your doorstep.

The print room has a copier, scanner, printer and binding equipment. Lockable storage units are available for full time (5 days p/w) members. High speed Internet access (wired or wireless) is available throughout the building.
PRIVATE STUDY Our very unique private office is large with enough seating space for up to 8 members. This space is adjoined with its own bathroom that includes a jet powered shower as well as additional filing and storage space. Over looking the canal, natural light floods in and together with the originally panneled walls, turn the space into a warm and welcoming study environment.
