Brand Amedei is the world’s most widely recognized chocolate brand found by Cecilia Tessieri. The whole design of the hotel revolves around single concept of the brand that Amedei used old machineries of chocolate making from world war one and modified them. Likewise the styling of the hotel is chosen transitional with touch of neoclassical furnitures. Simple and serene is the motto of designing the hotel.

All around Europe, amedei found ancient machineries which dated end 19th century and some after world war one. These machineries perfectly works with new modern ones which created their own way of manufacturing.
