■ Affordable tuition: We are a state university, so our tuition rates are affordable and competitive, especially our in-state rates for Maryland residents.

■ No-cost digital course materials: Say goodbye to textbooks! Online resources in nearly every course make it easier to study from anywhere and keep your education costs down.

■ Reduced tuition for military students: For most programs, servicemembers and their eligible spouses and dependent children receive a reduced military tuition rate.

■ Scholarships: We offer more than 140 scholarships based on merit and/or financial need through our donor-funded scholarship process.

■ Discounts for Federal employees: Federal employees can save up to 25 percent on out-of-state tuition for most programs.

■ More great ways to pay: We’ll help you identify options that you may qualify for, including Federal financial aid, our interest-free monthly payment plan, and employer tuition assistance.

Plus, eligible Maryland community college graduates can earn a bachelor’s degree for $12,000 or less with the Completion Scholarship.
