Small classes. Accomplished professors. Hands-on learning. Your education won’t get lost in a 300-person lecture hall. All classes are taught by faculty, not teaching assistants, and students are often chosen to serve as research assistants. In our classes you’ll find more discussions than lectures, with students working together to solve real-world problems. Expert faculty are passionate about their fields and about helping you find your calling—even if you’re not sure what that might be yet.

Sculpture and engineering students team up to make assistive technologies in a collaborative atmosphere. Brent Skidmore, associate professor of art, leads the aluminum pouring that brings student designs to life.
