When things are placed together they are seen as a group.
closure
When things are missing in an image the mind fills the blanks of the missing shape.
continuance
The eye is compelled to move through one object and continue to the other end.
translation
Figures Repeate themselves along the plane.
rotation
Figures are rounded into an circle pattern.
reflection
The figures are casted back as the identical.
glide/reflection
Movement that is horizonatal and mirriored in a pattern.
dilation
Figures appears smaller or larger, depending on the image.
symmetric balance When images are equal length and size on both images.
asymmetric balance When Images arn’t equal in appearence on both sides.
ambiguous balance Balance is unclear and creates pattern.
nuetral balance
Visual elements with alike features put into a random pattern.
