Mosby Owner and Breeder of Thoroughbred Horses — based at Hollywood Casino Charles Town Races at the West Virginia Thoroughbred Breeders Association Annual Award with Master of Ceremonies Mary Sell of Takaro Farm. The event was held at The Barns at Maple Valley in Shenandoah Junction.
