The Windy Hill Foundation welcomed more than 200 guests to its annual “Sip and Serve” fund-raising event on April 25 at the Salamander Resort & Spa. Providing affordable housing in Loudoun and Fauquier counties for 41 years, the 2024 cocktail party celebrated the 20th anniversary of Windy Hill’s Virginia Lane neighborhood just outside the village of Middleburg.
