Tissue Factor-Targeted Peptide Amphiphile as an Injectable Therapy for Hemorrhage. The concept of the project is to deliver nanofibers intravenously targeted to tissue factor to slow or stop bleeding until the point of definitive care is reached. The work Dr. Klein presented at the Academic Surgical Congress represents the first phase in which targeting to tissue factor is confirmed. The next phase of the project will involve incorporating a therapeutic with the nanofiber. Dr. Mia Klein
