LOGISTICS S TA F F I N G : From one hour before event until one hour after event- minimum three hours. Underground Catering reserves the right to determine the amount of staff necessary for each event. Staffing is most often billed as: EVENT LEAD $45 EVENT STAFF $30/hr per staff BUFFET 1 staff per 20 guests FAMILY STYLE 1 staff per 15 guests PLATED DINNER 1 staff per 10 guests LOCATION Events held outside of Madison are subject to travel fees. ADMINISTRATION FEE 10% Based on the cost of the event including food, beverage and staffing, The administrative fee is not a gratuity and serves to offset ancillary expenses associated with planning and administration of this event. VENUE PASS THROUGH FEES ARE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY. DELIVERY FEE $30 within Madison, WI TAX 5.5% Sales Tax will be added to the above charges, food & hosted beverage totals. GRATUITY Underground Catering charges an hourly rate for staffing and does not include gratuity. CAKE CUTTING Sheet cake $1 per guest, tiered cake (or combination) starting at $3 per guest.
