UN-Habitat in cooperation with Municipal Authorities initiated the global partnership initiative on urban youth development to create One-Stop Youth Centres in urban settings where young people could be trained in Information Communication Technology (ICT), Entrepreneurship, Business incubation skills, and employment generation.
