Welcome to our beautiful waterfront campus. Whether you are local, or you’ve travelled far to get here, we're sure you’ll agree it’s a great place to study, and this Open Day is your chance to find out more.
We want you to get the most out of the day, so take the time to hear about the courses you are most interested in, meet the lecturers, ask lots of questions, and explore everything on offer here.
We'll be running a competition on the day to win tickets to an ITFC home game! Come to the reception desk to find out more. Terms and conditions apply. See website for details.

Tours depart from the Waterfront Building.

Visit our specialist Professional Health course facilities. Tours depart from the SU Social Space in the Library Building.

11.15am | DigiTech Centre
Computing Talk and Tour
Tours of the DigiTech Centre at BT’s Adastral Park are for prospective students attending the Open Day registered for Computing. Please note that parents/friends can only join the tour if their names were provided when booking the Open Day. The coach departs promptly from the University Car Park lay-by (see map on pages 8–9). The tour and coach ride take approximately two and a half hours.

A range of outdoor spaces for paddle boarding, cycling, open water swimming, walking, running — or soaking up the sunshine.
An abundance of great food options, including quirky cafés, waterfront restaurants and bars.
Suffolk is home to well-known festivals such as Ipswich Music Day, Global Rhythms, Latitude, Brighten the Corners, First Light and PrimaDonna.
Ipswich is around an hour from central London by train and offers convenient links to Cambridge and Norwich.
The town centre is a short stroll away, with a great mix of high street and independent shops, cafés and bars.
